Terms of service

The service

You give us a website URL, and optionally a public repository and notes. We read the public pages you point to, write a brief for you to confirm, prepare a storyboard, and render a watermarked 720p preview. Your first generation per email is free. After that, editing and exporting cost credits as listed on the pricing page, for example 1 credit to regenerate a shot and 10 credits for a clean 1080p export. Watermarked previews are for review only.

Credits

Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Credits never expire, carry over between projects, and belong to the email address you bought them with. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or resold. Presale bonus credits are added to a pack at purchase and are treated like the pack's other credits. If an action fails on our side, the credits it used are returned.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the website, repository, logos, screenshots and other material you give us or point us to, and that the video may show them. We may decline a project if the content is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or promotes something we are not willing to advertise, and refund any pack you bought for it.

Usage rights

Once you have exported a clean (unwatermarked) video, you may use it for any lawful commercial or non-commercial purpose, worldwide and without time limit, including ads, social posts, app store listings and your website. Music in the video is licensed for use within that video; do not extract it for other uses. We may show your video as a sample only with your written permission.

Payment and tax

Prices are in US dollars and Stripe charges in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe, and for some purchases its affiliate Link acts as the reseller; in that case your statement shows a LINK.COM descriptor and Link issues your receipt.

Refunds

• Until you download a clean export: full refund of a credit pack on request, no questions asked. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
• After a clean export has been downloaded: packs are not refundable.
• If we can't make your video (for example, the site can't be read): full refund of any pack you bought for it.

Liability

The service is provided as described on this site. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
