Refund policy

Refunds

• Until you download a clean export: full refund of a credit pack on request, no questions asked. The money, including any tax, goes back to the original payment method through Stripe or Link; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it. The pack's credits are removed from your balance; credits you already spent are not charged back to you.
• After a clean export has been downloaded: packs are not refundable.
• If we can't make your video (for example, the site can't be read): full refund of any pack you bought for it.
